{Photoshoot} Tie Dye Party

I’m so excited to finally be able to share the photos from a photoshoot created by Chris at Creations at Home!!

It was fun to collaborate with Chris in designing the printables for this groovy tie dye theme. It’s such a fun theme for a summer time kids party. I hope you enjoy!

{Fun Foods} Krispie Popsicles

At a recent {Real Party} with a popsicle theme, you saw these delicious krispie treat popsicles. Now, I’ll show you how easy it is for you to make for your popsicle party!

Krispie Treat Popsicles

Start with your traditional Krispie treat recipe. As it becomes ready, separate the mix into little mounds on a cookie sheet. With buttered hands, begin shaping the treats into a popsicle shape.

Add in a popsicle stick. ** Hint ** the popsicle sticks I used, ended up being too thin. Use a traditional popsicle stick or even use a tongue depressor stick.

Then melt chocolate wafers. I found it easiest to brush the chocolate onto the krispie treats.

I liked to leave a bit of krispie treat showing at the bottom like a dipped popsicle. I had some extra white chocolate left from another project, so I added a little white curve on the top edge, to give a little dimension to the popsicle pops.

The kids had a great time devouring these treats at their popsicle themed birthday party!

When Chris from Celebrations at Home asked if I could help with a photoshoot project – I was happy to jump on board! They were setting up a tie dye summer party and needed some printables to finish off the project.

You’ve all been telling us you love ‘Nicole & Ryan’s’ ivory and black damask seating chart – since that template is color limited, we used the style as inspiration to create a new template that is easily adapted for different color combinations…

{Custom Order} Monkey Business Baby Shower

I was excited to receive a copy of the final invite for Ashley’s baby shower. We designed a monkey theme that was based on her nursery linens and colors. She chose to have it made on a Staples sized postcard so she could easily send it away for printing…it turned out great!

Now we just have to patiently wait for baby D to arrive!

For baby shower inspiration – get ideas for patterns in linens, a favorite stuffed toy, a picture on the wall in the nursery…you find the inspiration, I’ll make you a wonderful design to suit it!!

{Real Wedding} D&C on Green Wedding Shoes

We’re excited to have the reception stationery on display over at Green Wedding Shoes from an Australian wedding we collaborated on with Crystal, wedding planner extraordinaire of Distinct Occasions.

The couple are world travelers from Toronto, having a destination wedding in Austrailia. With a chic coral and blue color scheme, we wanted stationery for the reception that was crisp, clean and yet still reflected their love of travel.

Crystal and I worked to design menu cards that served also as placecards…resembling a famous travel guide design in their colors of blue and coral.

The dessert table became the central focus. With an eclectic mix of vintage designs, we designed food cards that looked like airport departure gates sign…with the Gate # being their wedding wedding date – Gate F12 (february 12).

As guests departed for the evening, they were each given a cloth favor bag which had a bottle of water and cookie included for their travel home. The personalized favor tag with personalized water bottle label was a fantastic way to send guests home.

I think you’ll agree, it was a stunning wedding, for a beautiful couple. Thanks Crystal for letting me help in creating the custom reception stationery printables for this wedding.
