{Real Wedding} G & J’s Vintage Vegas Wedding

Although the theme of this spectacular wedding was a vintage vegas theme…the wedding was held in the spectacular Rocky Mountains with a ceremony in Banff and reception at the stunning Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise.

Guests were greeted to the reception with the following escort cards using our Vegas (0570) Rectangular Labels. Inside the envelopes, each guest received a Blackjack Lotto Ticket.

In the room, custom table names signs featured Las Vegas Hotel names instead of table numbers. We had fun making these custom table names featuring 17 Vegas hotels.

Vegas (0570) Placecards at each setting used a different card face symbol to indicate the guest entree choice.

And to finish off the evening, a candy buffet of red, black and white candies labeled with our Vegas (0570) Tags.

You’ve all been telling us you love ‘Nicole & Ryan’s’ ivory and black damask seating chart – since that template is color limited, we used the style as inspiration to create a new template that is easily adapted for different color combinations…

{Real Wedding} D&C on Green Wedding Shoes

We’re excited to have the reception stationery on display over at Green Wedding Shoes from an Australian wedding we collaborated on with Crystal, wedding planner extraordinaire of Distinct Occasions.

The couple are world travelers from Toronto, having a destination wedding in Austrailia. With a chic coral and blue color scheme, we wanted stationery for the reception that was crisp, clean and yet still reflected their love of travel.

Crystal and I worked to design menu cards that served also as placecards…resembling a famous travel guide design in their colors of blue and coral.

The dessert table became the central focus. With an eclectic mix of vintage designs, we designed food cards that looked like airport departure gates sign…with the Gate # being their wedding wedding date – Gate F12 (february 12).

As guests departed for the evening, they were each given a cloth favor bag which had a bottle of water and cookie included for their travel home. The personalized favor tag with personalized water bottle label was a fantastic way to send guests home.

I think you’ll agree, it was a stunning wedding, for a beautiful couple. Thanks Crystal for letting me help in creating the custom reception stationery printables for this wedding.

{Real Wedding} R + P Purple Passion

R + P wanted to make a fun and unique seating card display, and wanted something smaller than the traditional seating card size.

Immediately, we decided we’d create a design they could upload and get printed from MOO.com- the funnest half sized cards you can find. Because it takes a bit to get the cards in, we decided to make a file for each guest, and then R+P could put in the table numbers closer to the wedding date once the official rsvps were known.

Guests would remove their card from the corkboard, and on the back find their table number and a brief message from the bride & groom. To add a touch of whimsy, 4 different purple patterns were used on the seating cards.

MOO.com cards are fabulous because you can order one or one hundred different designs in your package – which makes them just great for doing something like seating cards. The trick is the back must be the same for all of them.

We even designed cards using MOO.com for the head table settings.

I also designed table numbers and menu cards that sat in these great white frames from IKEA.ca

I love using MOO mini cards for different wedding elements!

I’m absolutely head over heels in love with our latest design – Blushing Bride! I’ll be adding more pieces to the collection soon, but for now I wanted to share the bridal shower invitation and the ‘will you be my bridesmaid’ card….

The bridesmaid card is a wonderful way to ask that special girl in your life to stand by your side on your wedding day…simply print, cut and give. Use the back to write a special note as to why she’s the very best friend!

Just wanted to share the final glimpse of a custom order seating chart for Nicole & Ryan’s wedding.

Their color scheme is black, ivory and crimson red. Can’t wait to see pictures of how beautiful this wedding is with this seating chart in place.

{ Real Wedding } F&R August Wedding

When F&R needed help in the final weeks before their wedding to create personalized table numbers and menu cards, I was happy to create the custom files that they could print themselves.

Take a look at how wonderful the finished files looked set up on their wedding day!

In each frame they had one table number and on the backside was the personalized menu.

The couple had used a frame from IKEA {Tolsby} and spray painted it silver to better match their decor. On one side was the table number personalized with their names & wedding date, and then the menu was on the back side.
