{tutorial} Napkin Wraps

Assembling your DIY Napkin Wrap is easy and adds a fun festive touch to your party tables.

There are various ways you can get creative with your napkin wraps:
· Wrap around a bundle of wax crayons
· Wrap around the neck of a glass pop bottle
· Wrap around a votive candle holder
· Add individual names to each napkin wrap & use at placecard of each placesetting

Napkin Wrap Tutorial

#1. Start by personalizing your file you’ve downloaded from DIY party designs. Print out your file on 65lb cardstock.

#2. Begin cutting out your napkin wraps – I love to use an exacto knife, with metal ruler and cutting mat. You can most definitely use scissors as well. Be sure to also cut the two slits – one on each end of each napkin wrap. Don’t cut any further than the line.

#3. You’re ready to begin assembly once you have your napkin wraps all cut out.

#4. On the backside of a wrap, add double-sided adhesive tape to the ends of the napkin wrap.

#5. Be sure to place the tape on the outer edges and do not cover the slit.

#6. Wrap around each end, so that the slits are touching each other. Begin pushing the slits into one another until all the edges are flush with each other.

#7. Now, push one of the end flaps down onto the napkin wrap. Press firmly. Repeat with the other flap.

#8. You’ve now got completed napkin wraps. Roll up your napkin – cloth or paper – and place inside the napkin wrap. Add cutlery inside your napkins or place a favor inside the roll.

#9. The website has many unique designs for your upcoming parties – but if you need a custom design, I’ll be pleased to work with you to create a custom collection for your needs.
